This is your opportunity to take your Flutter experience beyond individual development.
You'll stay hands-on with the code while leading and mentoring the mobile development team, influencing technical decisions and taking greater ownership of applications across iOS & Android.
It's the next step for a strong Flutter developer who's ready to lead people as well as technology.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' hands-on Flutter experience
- Proven experience building and releasing production Flutter applications
- Strong knowledge of Flutter & Dart
- Ability to lead, guide and mentor developers
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiar with Provider, Bloc, Riverpod or similar state management
- Experience with SQLite, Hive or similar mobile databases
- Good Git / GitFlow knowledge
- Familiarity with Flutter CI/CD
- Strong debugging and performance optimisation skills
- Experience with unit, widget and integration testing
- Understanding of secure mobile development
- Agile / Scrum experience
- Native iOS or Android experience is an advantage
What You'll Lead
- Lead, manage and mentor the mobile development team
- Design and build Flutter applications for iOS & Android
- Guide technical decisions and development best practices
- Turn product and UI/UX requirements into scalable features
- Review code and maintain engineering standards
- Improve app performance, stability & responsiveness
- Drive testing and overall code quality
- Troubleshoot complex issues and root causes
- Collaborate with Product, Backend and UI/UX teams
- Support releases across the App Store & Google Play
