We are looking for a creative and energetic person to join our retail team!

This role combines retail sales and content creation. You will help promote our outlet through TikTok and social media, create fun product content, interact with customers and support the team in achieving sales.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided!

What You’ll Do

• Create simple and engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms.
• Create videos featuring our products, promotions, outlet activities and customer experiences.
• Participate in TikTok LIVE to showcase products and interact with viewers.
• Assist customers and recommend suitable products.
• Support the outlet in achieving sales targets.
• Help increase outlet visibility, customer engagement and walk-in traffic.
• Support promotions and other retail activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Interest in TikTok, social media, content creation and retail sales.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with people.
• Creative, energetic and willing to try new ideas.
• Comfortable appearing on camera or doing TikTok LIVE.
• Basic knowledge of CapCut, Canva or video editing is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays according to the retail schedule.
