• Perform raw material inspections and release only those meeting specifications.
• Conduct packaging material QC checks and support new packaging trials.
• Carry out lab-scale trials, water sampling, and product shelf-life testing.
• Conduct daily sensory evaluation and support new line start-ups or special tasks.
• Update and maintain QA records and product/material status in SAP (QM module).
• Assist in GMP, hygiene, and pest control compliance checks on the shopfloor.
• Participate in internal/external audits, providing inspection records and compliance evidence.
• Execute trial runs, validation activities, and product quality improvement initiatives as directed.

Are you the one?

• Bachelors Degree in Food Science or similar.
• 1 to 3 years experience in food industry and or FMCG business.
• Experience in ISO17025 certified laboratory testing and instrumentation.
• Good understanding of QA/QC disciplines in food processing plant and or FMCG manufacturing business, GMP, HACCP, ISO standards.
• Knowledge of QA/QC inspection, packaging QC, sensory evaluation, and basic lab analysis.
• Ability to work closely with production, warehouse, and QA executives.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
