Job Responsibilities


  • Assist the Business Development Manager and/or Management to support business unit growth and profit objectives, driving demand for select area of business
  • Ensure to meet business unit objectives, sales goals and client retention goals; increase brand recognition; and enhances market position
  • Manage PSC marketing efforts including marketing materials, website, social media, tradeshows and events
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of products and services, business models, operations, competition, and the industry
  • Develop and maintain technical sales expertise, stay updated on all trend and development related to product portfolio
  • Track sales progress and support forecast efforts
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options
  • Support Sales staff in key account management through sales cycle in the preparation of quotations, proposals, service contracts, purchase orders, deliveries and manage customer payments
  • Establish pricing strategy to improve on product sales and for new business opportunities
  • Support local sales process in tender specification, configuration, product presentation and demonstration, trial, user training and support for onsite service coordination
  • Manage customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on submitted information by telephone or email
  • Assist on adhoc projects applications using inhouse testing equipment
  • Coordinate outsourcing supplier management for inhouse testing equipment well as purchasing of equipment, consumable materials and spare parts
  • Support qualification and maintenance of inhouse testing equipment
  • Be committed to independence, neutrality and impartiality in dealing with colleagues, customers and supplier; safeguarding the confidentiality of customers and suppliers, will not disclose confidential information to third parties unless prior agreement has been provided



Job Requirements


  • Diploma or Degree qualification preferred; in Business Management, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Marketing is preferred. Preferably with experience in Services / Product Marketing
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills specifically Word and Excel
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Business-to-business marketing experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Good eye for detail
  • Team player
