This role focuses on proactively identifying, developing, and driving new business opportunities to expand market presence, while deeply bonding with and managing existing customer accounts to maximize lifetime value. You will build and maintain high-trust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers including developers, contractors, architects, and consultants, consistently achieve sales targets to contribute to company revenue growth, monitor industry trends and competitor movements to identify new commercial opportunities, maintain an accurate sales pipeline with data-driven reporting, and collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth project follow-up and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

Proactively identify, develop, and drive new business opportunities to expand market

Deeply bond with, manage, and scale existing customer accounts to maximize lifetime value

Build and maintain high-trust, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including developers, contractors, architects, and consultants

Consistently achieve (or exceed) sales targets to contribute directly to company revenue growth

Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging market shifts to identify new commercial opportunities

Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline and prepare data-driven reports for management review

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project follow-up, seamless delivery, and ultimate client satisfaction

Job Requirements:
Prefer with 2-3 years of sales experience. Welcome fresh graduates to apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust

Proficiency with sales/marketing tools (CRM, MS Office, social media platforms)

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to capture new opportunities

Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently

Mandarin speaker is preferred for this position to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
