Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Overview

We are looking for a Compliance Executive to support the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards and regulatory frameworks across regional operations. This role focuses on quality management, information security, and compliance governance, ensuring that systems, processes, and documentation meet certification and business requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors to maintain compliance readiness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Compliance & Standards Management

  • Maintain and manage documentation related to ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, and data protection policies
  • Support the development, implementation, and review of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and certification requirements
  • Monitor compliance frameworks and highlight potential gaps or risks to management

Quality & Information Security Systems

  • Support the management of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
  • Assist in establishing review mechanisms to ensure systems remain aligned with certification and business objectives
  • Ensure proper document control, versioning, and distribution across stakeholders

Audit & Certification Support

  • Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external audits, including third-party certification audits and customer audits
  • Ensure readiness of business units for audit assessments
  • Manage and track corrective action reports (CAR) and follow up on remediation

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with certification bodies, consultants, and internal stakeholders on audit scheduling and compliance matters
  • Support audit preparation activities including documentation, sample collection, and follow-up processes
  • Coordinate responses to audit queries and compliance requests

Continuous Improvement

  • Support initiatives to improve compliance processes, governance frameworks, and operational efficiency
  • Assist in maintaining certifications and ensuring ongoing compliance with evolving standards


Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ISO compliance, internal audit, or quality management roles
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams

Technical Knowledge

  • Familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, and data protection frameworks
  • Understanding of QMS and ISMS frameworks
  • Experience supporting audit processes and certification activities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT or technology-related environments
  • Familiarity with government platforms such as GeBiz or CorpPass
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation skills
  • Good stakeholder management and communication ability
