Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and ensure work is completed efficiently and on time.
Assign duties to staff and monitor their work performance.
Train, guide, and support staff in their daily tasks.
Ensure company rules, safety procedures, and service standards are followed.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service issues when required.
Check stock, equipment, and workplace cleanliness.
Prepare simple reports and update management on daily operations.
Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist in solving operational problems and improving work efficiency.
