Job Summary

You will provide administrative and operational support to the audit team, ensuring efficient handling of documentation and day-to-day audit engagement requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support the audit team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks to facilitate smooth audit operations
  • Prepare, organise, scan, print, and file audit-related documents to maintain accurate records
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for client and audit documents to ensure easy retrieval
  • Assist auditors by following up with clients to obtain necessary documents and information for audit engagements
  • Prepare and format letters, schedules, reports, and other documents as requested by the audit team
  • Coordinate sending audit confirmations and correspondence to clients and relevant parties
  • Track audit engagements, outstanding documents, and client requests to support timely completion
  • Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and handling general administrative matters related to audits
  • Maintain and update client records and internal administrative databases to ensure data accuracy
  • Provide general office administrative support as needed to support team efficiency
  • Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support audit functions

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum GCE N/O-Level or equivalent

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior administrative or clerical experience to enhance task efficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare and manage audit documents
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and records
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with auditors and clients
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with accounting or audit environments is advantageous but not required
