Responsibilities
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support daily operations in our roastery. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring a smooth, efficient workflow across packing, inventory, and general warehouse duties.
You Will:
Pick, pack, weigh, seal, and label coffee orders for both retail and wholesale customers.
Monitor packaging supply levels and alert the team when restocking is needed.
Assist the roasting team with handling, weighing, and sorting green and roasted coffee.
Conduct regular stock audits and rotate inventory using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to ensure freshness.
Prepare and dispatch orders, ensuring accurate documentation and labelling for courier services.
Support wholesale and retail deliveries — a valid driving license is a plus.
Maintain cleanliness and organization across the roastery, storage, and packing areas.
Help coordinate logistics and product preparation for events, pop-ups, and exhibitions.
Represent the company in a professional, friendly, and customer-focused manner.
You Are:
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
Punctual, dependable, and proactive in your approach to work.
Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting (up to 20–25kg) and standing for long periods.
Organized and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
A team player with good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Quick to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passionate about coffee and enthusiastic about contributing to a quality-focused production process.
Reliable, with strong time management skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
No Experience is welcome!
Nice to Have:
A valid class 3 driving license (to assist with deliveries when needed).
An interest in specialty coffee and a desire to deepen your knowledge of the industry.

In 2019, we took a big leap of faith and launched our flagship store at Khong Guan Building. A sanctuary within a heritage building where you can enjoy a fresh brew of coffee, in full view of our roastery in action.
Over the last few years, we stayed committed to the delivery of simple and no-frills coffee experience in each and every one of our coffee bar. We now have 6 outlets in total, including Hong Leong Building, Design Orchard, The Mill and CIMB Plaza.
