Responsibilities
Site Supervision & Coordination:
Supervise M&E installation works and ensure alignment with approved engineering drawings, project requirements, and local safety regulations. [1, 2]
Progress Monitoring:
Track daily and weekly work schedules, update project progress, and solve site-level technical problems or bottlenecks as they arise. [1, 2]
Drawing & Technical Review:
Review mechanical/electrical engineering drawings, interpret blueprints, and coordinate necessary design adjustments with main contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants. [1, 2]
Team & Resource Management:
Assign daily tasks to trades personnel and leadmen, monitor performance, enforce quality standards, and manage equipment allocation schedules. [1]
Safety & Compliance Enforcement:
Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety rules and statutory building regulations on-site. [1, 2]
