Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Process material purchasing requisitions, orders and requests for quotes from suppliers.
Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity.
Monitor the costs, schedules and scopes of assigned subcontracts to negotiate highest quality at best value.
Responsible for designated Purchasing Orders, Delivery Orders, Request Forms and Invoice submission to Purchasing Manager for approval.
Interact closely with suppliers and site staff to resolve quality issues.
Prepare payment summaries, data entry and liaise with suppliers and finance team to follow up the payment arrangements.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
Diploma or above, preferably in Engineering/Construction or related field.
Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction.
Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

CCR was established on January 2000 with BCA registered capital of 4.8 million. CCr had obtained certificates such as PHSMS, ISO 14000, ISO9000, Green & Gracious and etc. Currently CCR employs around 100 staffs and over one thousand workers.
CCR is specialised in the construction of condominium projects. over the last 14 years, we have been building-up good relationships with a pool of reputable clients and specialists. In addition we have completed more than 30 projects such as condominium, commercial development, hotel and factory. Currently CCR is undertakes private projects namely Botanique, The Terrace EC, 70 Saint Patrick's, 18 Woodsville, M38 Factory, and etc.
