What you'll be doing:-

In this role, you will take full ownership of project execution, ensuring successful delivery from planning to completion. Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing project work plans, and adjusting them as project requirements evolve
• Managing the full lifecycle of projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover
• Ensuring projects meet or exceed timelines, budget, and quality standards set by management
• Preparing and maintaining project schedules, including updates and tracking progress
• Overseeing day-to-day project operations and scope management
• Applying structured project management methodologies to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Leading project reviews, audits, and quality assurance processes
• Identifying and mitigating project risks through proactive planning
• Managing subcontractors, including performance, coordination, and compliance
• Handling project communication, meetings, and stakeholder coordination
• Preparing and managing progress claims, invoicing, and financial tracking
• Ensuring all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored
• Managing contractual matters, including notices and issue resolution
• Supporting tender and bidding processes when required
• Assisting the Senior Project Manager with additional responsibilities as needed

What we're looking for:-

We’re seeking a hands-on and experienced Project Manager with strong technical and leadership capabilities:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in construction project management, with data center or mission-critical experience preferred
• Proven track record in end-to-end project delivery
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, especially M&E systems (HVAC, UPS, generators, cooling, fire protection, ELV)
• Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
• Solid knowledge in project scheduling, cost control, and budgeting
• Proficiency in tools like MS Project or Primavera or Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Good understanding of contracts, tendering, and commercial aspects
• Experience in risk management, quality control, and HSE compliance
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments (typical for data center projects)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience handling progress claims, invoicing, and reporting
• Leadership skills to drive and coordinate project teams effectively
• Willingness to be site-based or travel depending on project needs
