Job Summary

This role supports investment underwriting, asset management, and portfolio management across Pan Asian real estate products and funds, contributing to strategic investment decisions and fund performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

Assist in underwriting and conducting due diligence for new real estate investments to support informed decision-making

Prepare Investment Committee memorandums and presentations to communicate analysis and recommendations to senior management

Monitor investment performance through regular interaction with local asset managers across the region to ensure alignment with strategic goals

Develop and maintain financial models to formulate asset management plans, including strategic positioning and property enhancements

Participate in portfolio management by monitoring fund-level performance and preparing quarterly and annual management report packages

Collaborate with internal departments to address investor queries related to fund performance and operations

Apply strong data management and Excel cash flow modelling skills to support accurate financial analysis and reporting

Work autonomously on self-driven projects while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

At least 2 years of relevant experience in real estate and/or investment industries on the buy or sell side

Demonstrated passion for real estate and commitment to building a career in the industry

Ability to identify and clearly articulate key real estate and financial drivers through detailed analysis

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to maintain a strategic overview

Numeracy skills supported by a strong academic record

Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is advantageous for regional communication
