We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Warehouse Operations Supervisor for our Distribution Center at Telok Penglima Garang to oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations within our Distribution Center. The ideal candidate will lead a team, maintain operational excellence, and ensure inventory accuracy while meeting operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient workflow and smooth execution of operational activities.
• Lead and guide the warehouse team, including manpower planning, task allocation, and staff development.
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including performance analysis and operational updates.
• Ensure proper management of inventory, warehouse equipment, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to support operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support business requirements and operational needs.
• Oversee stock count activities, including verification, reconciliation, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Monitor and drive warehouse KPIs, while promoting company values, mission, and operational excellence.
• Ensure proper communication and coordination within the team and with management.
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments and operational projects as directed by management.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
