Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Regional Marketing & Campaign Architecture

  • Overarching Marketing Strategy & Trend Innovation: Serve as the central engine, translating high-level business priorities, global consumer insights and evolving trends into a cohesive, visionary marketing strategy that elevates the user experience.
  • Design enhanced user engagement strategies.
  • Act as the strategic guide for the Market Activation teams and third-party vendors, ensuring all locally deployed initiatives adhere to the overarching regional vision without stepping into day-to-day country operations.

2. Innovation & Business Enablement

  • Spearhead the region’s Marketing AI strategy by identifying and deploying tech-driven initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic consultative partner.

3. Strategic Communications & Narrative Development

  • Lead the strategic design of thought leadership campaigns that support and elevate brand equity across APAC.
  • Design and govern the overarching Business Continuity Planning (BCP) communication strategies across the region.
  • Own the overarching communication strategy and reporting templates for User Satisfaction across APAC.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of senior-level experience spanning Regional Marketing Strategy, Brand Experience, Retail/Environmental Design, or B2B Enterprise Program Management.
  • Demonstrated effective leadership within complex matrix environments. This includes proven experience directing agencies, third-party vendors, and cross-functional project teams to deliver regional campaigns.

CORE COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to synthesize global consumer trends and behavioral drivers into highly compelling marketing propositions. Moves beyond standard activity to design insight-led campaigns that shift user behavior and elevate experience.
  • Proven capacity to translate overarching brand strategy into scalable campaign frameworks. Possesses a strong aesthetic eye to efficiently critique spatial design, visual merchandising, and creative assets, ensuring a consistently premium user experience across all physical environments.
  • Skilled at synthesizing complex strategic frameworks, and operational updates into persuasive, C-Suite ready narratives and high-impact visual presentations.
  • Proven ability to drive decisions and compliance across a complex stakeholder map. Acts as the strategic guide for markets, driving adoption and reporting from third-party vendors without relying on hierarchical authority.
  • Proactively applies future trends and AI tools to keep the program contemporary, while balancing creative vision with operational reality. Ensures all third-party deployments adhere to overarching governance standards and strict timelines

LEADERSHIP BEHAVIORS

  • Takes full responsibility for regional outcomes, focusing on scalable solutions rather than capitulating to process bottlenecks.
  • Demonstrates ‘what's next’ by proactively staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative thinking into the organization without being asked.
  • Communicates risks, deployment roadblocks, and bad news just as fast as good news to allow for rapid course correction and maintain absolute trust with regional leadership.
  • Actively builds bridges across diverse portfolios and vendors to drive a unified One Team.
