We’re looking for a hands-on
Cleaning Supervisor
to oversee our cleaning operations and lead a small team across various sites islandwide. You’ll play a key role in ensuring quality service, safety and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise cleaning crew for daily, ad-hoc and periodic jobs
Perform hands-on cleaning and ensure high hygiene standards
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor machines, carpet extractors and high-pressure washers
Assign and coordinate duties for the team
Monitor work quality and ensure required cleaning standards are met
Handle client feedback and resolve operational issues promptly
Ensure the team follows proper safety practices
Drive the company vehicle to various locations islandwide
Perform other duties as required
What We’re Looking For
Valid
Class 3/3A driving licence
Prior cleaning experience is an advantage
Good service attitude with strong attention to cleanliness
Safety-conscious and responsible
Able to multitask and work independently
Comfortable leading and managing a small team
