About the Role

Following the rapid success of our first retail expansion in HK, Dr. Ho’s HK Limited is seeking a dynamic, "all-rounder" Business Development & Operations Executive. This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with top management to scale the brand across not only in Hong Kong, but also other Asian countries. You will act as the "right-hand person," balancing strategic business growth with hands-on operational management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Strategic Growth

• Identify and execute B2B partnership opportunities (e.g., physiotherapy clinics, fitness centers, elderly care homes).

• Assist in the market research, site selection, and launch of upcoming retail stores in Hong Kong.

• Lead promotional campaigns to convert digital inquiries into in-store experiences.

2. Retail & Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily operations of retail outlets, ensuring high service standards and sales targets are met.

• Manage inventory levels, logistics, and supply chain coordination between the warehouse and storefronts.

• Optimize retail workflows and training programs for frontline staff.

3. Executive Support & Administration

• Provide high-level administrative support to the top management, including schedule management and meeting coordination.

• Handle business correspondence, documentation, and basic financial reporting.

• Act as a bridge between the brand and external vendors (marketing agencies, contractors, and landlords).

Requirements

• Mindset: A "can-do" attitude with the ability to pivot between high-level strategy and granular administrative tasks.

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Retail Operations, Business Development, or as an Executive Assistant. Experience in healthcare/wellness is a plus. Fresh-grad candidates will also be considered for a junior post.

• Communication: Native or near-native Cantonese & Mandarin; professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, AI proficiency demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude) to accelerate content creation, data analysis, and operational workflows; data-driven mindset, and proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel all around Asian countries and between various districts in Hong Kong for site visits and store management.
