Job Duties

• Incident Investigation & Response: Perform Tier 1/2 security event triage, incident analysis, root cause investigation, and threat remediation recommendations across endpoint, identity, network, and cloud environments.

• MSSP Platform & Onboarding: Support customer onboarding, SIEM / EDR / MDR log integration, and detection policy tuning (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, CrowdStrike).

• Operational Execution: Execute daily security operations in alignment with SLAs, playbooks, and runbooks; escalate complex threats to Central Cybersecurity SMEs.

• Customer & Advisory Support: Assist the Security Manager / SDM in technical service reviews and provide threat analysis and remediation advice to clients' technical teams.

• Continuous Improvement: Document investigation findings and contribute to security automation, playbooks, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SOC, MDR, Incident Response, or MSSP technical delivery.

• Hands-on proficiency in SIEM and EDR/MDR platforms (Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, or CrowdStrike Falcon preferred).

• Sound understanding of Cloud Security monitoring (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and log analysis.

• Experience in detection rule tuning, troubleshooting, and incident triage.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or ISO 27001 is preferred.

• Strong analytical capabilities, proactive learning mindset, and effective technical communication skills for client-facing discussions.

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related disciplines.

• Professional certifications (e.g., ECIH, CCSP, AWS Security, Microsoft Security, CrowdStrike) are a plus.
