Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Petaling Jaya. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for solar PV projects. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The role involves maintaining and growing key accounts, coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure accurate solutions, and providing ongoing client support. The executive will also contribute to sales forecasts, report on business development performance, and represent the company at industry events, meetings, and client visits.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and secure new solar PV opportunities.
• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, handle negotiations, and support long-term partnerships.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, persuasive sales communication, and professional client interaction.
• Experience in renewable energy, solar PV, or related industries is beneficial, along with basic technical understanding of EPCC or energy solutions.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, with proven experience in sales or business development roles.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
