We’re Hiring: Sales Executive (Corporate Training & Gamified Experiential Learning)

Are you a results-driven sales professional with an established network in corporate L&D and HR? We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur during our peak season. If you know the Malaysian corporate training landscape inside out and can hit the ground running, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales for HRD Corp-claimable training programs and gamified team-building solutions.
• 
  
• Leverage your existing network of HR directors, L&D managers, and corporate heads to pipeline and close deals quickly.
• 
  
• Conduct client meetings, deliver compelling proposals, and close end-to-end sales cycles.
• 
  
• Meet and exceed aggressive monthly revenue targets during peak season.

Requirements

• Track Record: Proven experience selling corporate training and team-building solutions in Malaysia.
• 
  
• Network: Strong existing contacts with HR, L&D, and corporate decision-makers.
• 
  
• HRD Corp Expertise: Solid understanding of HRD Corp processes, grant applications, and claim frameworks.
• 
  
• Drive: Highly proactive self-starter who can generate leads and secure contracts immediately.

Compensation & Perks

• Basic Salary: From RM 3,000 + uncapped 5% commission on sales.
