Key Responsibilities:
Perform credit checks and screening for new customers, ensuring all supporting documents are in order

Submit financing applications and follow up with banks and financial institutions on application status and approvals

Maintain accurate records of customers' credit status, payment terms and financing arrangements

Process and submit loan redemption applications for sold vehicles

Monitor outstanding payments and aging accounts, following up on overdue amounts where required

Follow up on outstanding documents, pending approvals and customer submissions

Highlight overdue accounts, incomplete documentation or irregularities to the relevant department or management promptly

Coordinate and submit insurance cancellation requests for vehicles that have been sold or disposed of

Support the submission and tracking of vehicle registration, ownership transfer and related LTA applications

Prepare, organise and maintain accurate records of customers, vehicles, financing arrangements and transactions

Collect, verify and submit documents for vehicle sales, purchases, registrations and financing applications

Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, credit/collection reports and other operational documents

Attend to customer enquiries and provide administrative support to relevant departments

Key Requirements:
Min.1 year experience in financing, credit and loan administration

Prior experience in automotive industry is an advantage

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook

Detail-oriented, well-organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently

Good communication skills for liaising with customers, internal teams and financial institutions

Proactive with follow-ups and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
