Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm

Job scope:
Manage the full Accounts Payable function for entities across the Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
Process weekly payment runs in accordance with internal controls, approval policies, and authorization requirements.
Perform supplier statement reconciliations and employee expense claims / reimbursements and investigate discrepancies where necessary.
Conduct weekly bank reconciliations and support month-end closing process.
Assist with the preparation and monitoring of weekly cash flow forecasts.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
