Job Description & Requirements
Liaise with the Reporting Superior / Project Managers on project costing, variation works, and final accounts with consultants.
Call for quotations and confirm scope of works with contractors.
Attend site meetings and conduct site visits.
Manage the full scope of Quantity Surveyor duties from pre-contract to post-contract phases, including tendering, progress claims, and final account preparation.
Cost control and maintained proper documentation
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Min candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage
Strong communication and market pricing.
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
