Responsibilities
Handle sales enquiries and understand customers’ renovation requirements.
Recommend suitable flooring, carpentry, and interior solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic design concepts.
Meet customers and present products and design solutions.
Follow up with leads and maintain good customer relationships.
Coordinate with project and installation teams.
Requirements
Prior experience in flooring and carpentry is highly preferred.
Sales or interior design experience is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Creative and interested in interior design and renovation.
Able to work independently and as a team.
Knowledge of flooring and carpentry materials is an advantage.
