Job Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other external parties when required.
- Support management with financial analysis and reports.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- Relevant accounting experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle confidential financial information professionally.
