Job Description

• Lead daily vehicle procurement and inspection operations.
• Manage manpower scheduling and workload allocation for inspection teams.
• Monitor leads, inspections, TAT, SLA, and team performance.
• Handle customer negotiation and drive vehicle purchase conversion.
• Manage bidding results, customer follow-ups, and deal confirmation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle transactions.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor procurement performance.
• Support vehicle valuation and purchasing decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive procurement, purchasing, sales management, or branch operations.
• Proven experience managing teams, preferably inspectors or frontline staff.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Good analytical, reporting, and workforce planning skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends.
