Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Buying: Find new suppliers, request price quotes, and create purchase orders.
• Negotiation: Get the best prices, payment terms, and delivery dates from vendors.
• Inventory Tracking: Check stock levels and make sure materials arrive on time for work or sales.
• Record Keeping: Keep clear files of all orders, bills, and vendor lists.
• Team Support: Work with the warehouse and finance teams to fix delivery or payment

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Skills: Good negotiation, basic math for cost analysis, and clear communication.
• Experience: Prior work in buying, inventory, or office logistics.
• Tools: Know how to use MS Excel and computer inventory systems (SAP)

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
