Versatile Creation Hiring! Full Time Quality Engineer (Manufacturing - Process Quality) in Kedah, Earn up to MYR 9,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily product and process quality, yield, defects and SPC trends.
• Identify and follow up on OOC/OOS and abnormal process trends.
• Manage non-conforming materials, including hold, release and scrap decisions.
• Perform product and process risk assessments.
• Drive RCA, CAPA/RCCA and quality issue closure with relevant teams.
• Support line, process and quality system audits.
• Review product and process changes and assess quality risks.
• Review and maintain process control limits and quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement projects and quality improvement activities.
• Train and guide Quality Technicians on daily quality activities.
• Ensure compliance with the company's quality management system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Control, Process Engineering or Manufacturing Quality is preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor, PCB or electronics manufacturing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, RCA/CAPA and ISO 9001 is preferred.
• Experience with JMP or Minitab is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Visual Inspection

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
