Our clients, a cognitive solutions and cloud platform company are now looking for potential candidate to join their team as System Analyst (React, Python)

Responsibilities
Systems Analysis & Design
• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Translate requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and system design documents
• Model workflows, data flows, and system architecture (diagrams, ERDs, sequence diagrams)
• Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in existing systems and processes
• Define acceptance criteria and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Backend Development (Python)
• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python (Django / Flask /
FastAPI).
• Model and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and write efficient queries.
• Integrate third-party APIs and internal services.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data-security best practices.

Frontend Development (React)
• Build responsive, component-based user interfaces using React (with hooks, state management).
• Consume backend APIs and manage client-side data flow.
• Collaborate on UI/UX with designers to deliver clean, usable interfaces.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance.

Collaboration & Delivery
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams; participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate between business users and the development team.
• Support testing, debugging, deployment, and post-release maintenance.
• Create and maintain technical and user documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in systems analysis and/or full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one backend framework (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Solid experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and SQL.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and produce clear technical specifications.
• Familiarity with Git and version-control workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and state-management libraries (Redux, Zustand, React Query).
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and diagramming tools (Lucidchart, *************).
• Understanding of testing frameworks (PyTest, Jest, React Testing Library).
• Exposure to microservices architecture and message queues.
