Zircon Securities Hiring! Full Time Assistant Finance Manager in Kowloon Peninsula, Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily reconciliations of OTC derivative trades, including but not limited to TRS, futures options, and related transactions

• Support banking, funding, and treasury-related activities

• Manage end-to-end accounting deliverables, including account maintenance, management reporting, and statutory financial statement preparation independently

• Ensure smooth coordination and execution of accounting processes between the Hong Kong and PRC offices

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Accounting or a related discipline, with 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred, especially with OTC derivative trade processing and reconciliations

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and a high sense of responsibility

• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• The work location is the Hong Kong office, but the role requires travel to Shenzhen on an as-required basis

• Immediate availability is preferred

• Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
