Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm (Monday until Saturday)

About the Role

TSF are looking for a organized, hands-on, and detail-oriented Central Kitchen Operator cum Admin to join our growing culinary team. In this dual role, you will bridge kitchen operations with administrative management—ensuring smooth food prep, inventory accuracy, order processing, and strict adherence to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Operations (50%)

• Assist in large-batch food preparation, portioning, packaging, and labeling according to company SOPs.
• Safely operate commercial kitchen equipment (vacuum sealers, mixers, slicers, packaging machines).
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards across the production floor.
• Conduct daily temperature checks for chillers, freezers, and cold storage areas.

Administrative & Logistics (50%)

• Receive, verify, and process daily store/outlet orders into delivery orders (DO) and invoices.
• Perform stock counts for raw ingredients, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory control to minimize waste.
• Coordinate dispatch schedules and delivery routes with drivers or third-party logistics.
• Maintain hygiene logs, supplier delivery notes, and regulatory compliance records (HACCP / Halal / Food Safety).

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a central kitchen, food processing facility, warehouse, or F&B operations.
• Certifications: Valid Food Handler Certificate and Typhoid Vaccination (or willing to obtain before starting).
• Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Word and familiarity with order/inventory software (e.g., FoodMarketHub, AutoCount, or POS/ERP systems).
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift items (up to 15–20 kg) and work in cold room / chiller environments when required.
• Attributes: Strong team player, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
