Who are we

Hong Kong Bloom Physiotherapy Limited, founded by a team of physiotherapists, who envision creating opportunities with a delicate balance of growing space, supportive community, and accessible mentorship for new therapists, especially as we are stepping into a competitive era of this industry in Hong Kong.

We team up with Hong Kong Dandelion Association Limited, Walking Easy Integrated Rehabilitation & Care Centre, and other service providers recognised by the Community Care Service Voucher (CCSV) scheme.

We serve the community across various districts in HK from TsuenWan to Shatin to KwunTong and more, by providing home visit rehabilitation and recognising other multidisciplinary needs, and cooperating with other healthcare professionals if necessary.

Job responsibility

• Travel and work independently @ home visit setting
• Assess, analyse and prioritise client’s needs
• Goal setting and treatment design
• Create personalised exercise plan according to client’s and family’s needs
• Appropriate documentation and feedback suitably to manager and clients/family as needed

Who are we looking for

• Degree holder in Physiotherapy
• Registered Physiotherapist in Hong Kong with valid practicing certificate
• Clear and precise communication
• Rapport-building ability with patient and family
• Certified in acupuncture or other skills, and experience working with elderly will be an advantage

• 獨立外勤：能獨立前往不同社區及家居環境進行上門治療。
• 評估與分析：專業評估客戶需要和狀況，分析並排定治療優先次序。
• 方案設計：設定康復目標，並根據客戶及家屬需求設計個人化運動計劃。
• 專業記錄：完成適當的臨床記錄，並與主管、客戶及家屬保持良好溝通與反饋。

入職要求 | Who We Are Looking For

• 物理治療學位持有者。
• 持有香港物理治療師註冊證書及有效執業證書。
• 具備清晰、精準的溝通能力。
• 擅長與病人及其家屬建立信任關係（Rapport-building）。
• 持有針灸證書或其他技能，或具備長者服務經驗者優先考慮。
