Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Process Management
- Support and optimize wet and dry manufacturing processes to achieve quality, yield, and productivity targets.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure they are within specifications.
- Support processes such as Cu/Ni plating, developing, stripping, etching, dry lamination, LDI, and fly-cutting.
- Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
2. Chemical Analysis
- Perform routine analysis of plating solutions and process chemicals.
- Monitor chemical concentrations and recommend adjustments when required.
- Support plating solution replenishment and chemical control.
3. Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot process equipment and identify root causes of issues.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Assist with equipment installation, qualification, and process validation.
4. Quality Management & Problem Solving
- Investigate process deviations, quality issues, and customer complaints.
- Apply RCA, CAPA, 8D, and FMEA to identify and resolve problems.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to improve process stability.
5. Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)
- Drive improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, cost and safety.
- Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement projects.
- Analyze production data and prepare technical reports.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of electroplating, chemical processes, or semiconductor/manufacturing operations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CAPA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, and RCA is preferred.
- Hands-on, analytical, and skilled in troubleshooting process and equipment issues.
- Good communication, team collaboration skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
