Hiring: Conveyancing Lawyers (0–5 PQE) | Singapore

We are looking for Singapore-qualified Conveyancing Lawyers, including newly qualified lawyers (0 PQE), to join an established team.

The role offers exposure to residential and commercial property transactions within a supportive environment that values work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documentation for property transactions, including sale and purchase agreements as well as loan agreements.
• Advise clients comprehensively on the buying and selling of property, covering legal, financial, and contractual aspects.
• Handle negotiations with opposing counsel on matters relating to the Option to Purchase (OTP), while guiding clients through the conveyancing process and outlining their rights and responsibilities.
• Coordinate with key parties involved in the transaction, such as real estate agents, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Experienced candidates will be considered for senior positions.
• Singapore Qualified Lawyer
