Electrical Engineer (Laser)
In This Role, You Will
- Conduct R&D on laser source design
- Design and develop laser modules, from early prototype to modules integrated into functioning system (hands-on mentorship from experienced engineers will be provided)
- Evaluate, select and characterise laser components to build a laser system with optimised performance
- Conduct simulations and experiments to validate laser source designs
- Work with a multi-discipline team for system integration and performance evaluation
- PhD / Masters / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Physics or a related field
- No prior laser experience necessary
- Passion for engineering, R&D and problem solving
- Good verbal and written communication skills
