Job Description

  • Answer customer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email enquiries.
  • Schedule aircon servicing, maintenance, and repair appointments.
  • Coordinate and assign daily jobs to technicians.
  • Follow up with customers on appointments and service progress.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic service reports.
  • Maintain customer records and update the company system.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Requirements

  • Able to communicate in English (spoken and written).
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WhatsApp, email).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible, organized, and punctual.
  • Experience in customer service or aircon industry is an advantage (training can be provided).
