DAEKYO MALAYSIA SDN BHD Hiring! Full Time Center Operation (Customer Service) - Executive-Sr. Executive in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Eye Level centers and providing continuous support in developing the centers individually.
• Closely monitor and make routine visits to centers to ensure the franchisees are in compliance with the policies and standards being set by Daekyo Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
• Routine center visits are necessary in order to understand each center’s situation and provide consultation through discussion based on the individual center's development plan.
• Carrying out Area Management Meetings to keep franchisees updated with the latest updates from HQ such as promotions and advertising activities so that the franchisees are aligned with the companys
• Monthly review of the center’s performances based on the total number of students, student retention rate, student dropout rate, etc. in order to ensure that the quality of each individual centers are being maintained.
• Direct report to FC Manager.

Requirements:

• Adv Diploma/ Degree holder and preferably major in Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent
• With a minimum of 2 years of working experience
• Knowledge in franchising or customer service is preferred
• Possess strong business acumen and interest in education development
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Service-orientated, outgoing and willing to take up challenges
• Mature, good at problem-solving with strong sense of customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
