RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive instructions and assist Operation Manager.
• Supervise day-to-day operations across frontline departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance.
• Enforce strict compliance with hotel policies, safety, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest feedback proactively to identify areas for operational improvement.
• Resolve guest complaints and operational issues swiftly, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance and duty roster.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Any other duties as directed by Management/Superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business or related field.
• Required Language (s) English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in hotel operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of hotel systems and online booking platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Problem-solving, details oriented and fast learning capability.
• Good organizational and time management skills responsible.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
