Driver

• Location : Kuala Lumpur
• Salary range : RM2,000 to RM2,600
• Salary will be commensurate with experience.
• Working days : 5.5 days

Responsibilities:

1. Management Transportation

• Safely and professionally drive Management staff to appointments, meetings, business engagements and outstation trips as required.
• Ensure timely daily pick-up and drop-off from the Management staff’s residence to the office and other designated destinations as instructed.
• Ensure the comfort, safety and security of Management staff throughout each journey.
• Comply with all applicable traffic laws and road safety requirements.
• Exercise appropriate caution, discretion and professionalism when transporting Management staff.

2. Travel Coordination

• Plan and coordinate travel routes effectively to ensure smooth and timely journeys, taking into consideration traffic conditions, road closures and alternative routes.
• Monitor traffic conditions and identify alternative routes where necessary to minimise delays.

3. Vehicle Maintenance

• Maintain the assigned vehicle clean, neat and in good condition including both the interior and exterior, on a daily basis.
• Conduct basic daily checks on the vehicle to ensure it is safe and fit for use.
• Ensure the vehicle is adequately fuelled for each journey. Any vehicle defects, damage or maintenance requirements to immediately report for prompt repairs.

4. Professional Conduct

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding Management staff’s schedules, movements, personal information and other confidential Company matters.
• Exercise discretion when handling information obtained in the course of performing duties.
• Maintain a professional, courteous and respectful manner when dealing with Management, employees, business partners and external parties.

5. Compliance & Other Duties

• Maintain punctuality, reliability and readiness to respond to Management’s transportation requirements.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM
• Must possess a valid Valid Class D Malaysian driving license with a clean record.
• Minimum 3 of experience as a personal or company driver.
• Willing to work flexible hours and accommodate urgent or last-minute requests as required by Management.
• Professional, polite, and dependable.
• Basic knowledge of car maintenance is an advantage
• Languages both conversational and written : BM and English

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
