Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities
To possess a class 3 license to drive a lorry
Comfortable with driving large freezer trucks
Responsible for timely delivery island wide
To bring goods (20-50KG) from the warehouse to the lorry and from the lorry to the customers during delivery
Cross checking of stock count and products before loading them to vehicle
Should have great coordinating skills
Have at least 2 years of relevant working experience
Be physically strong to carry, load and unload heavy items
Familiar with the routes in Singapore
Able to do any other duties as and when assigned
Able to assist Manager arrange and schedule the transportation duties and perform duties diligently in accordance with the daily orders.
Using the navigation apps to determine the best routes.
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are complete, the charges are correct and customers are satisfied.
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.
Abiding transportation laws and maintain a safe driving records.
Preparing documents & collect payments relating to deliveries.
Requirements
Proven experience as a class 3 Driver
A valid class 3 driver’s license
A clean driving records
A polite and professional disposition
Ability to remain calm in stressful situations (eg rush / peak hours)
Able to carry heavy goods 20-50KG
Flexibility working times, need to work at public holidays and weekends
6 working days per week
At least two years of working experiences and have experience in related field is prefer in this post.
Candidate must process at least a degree or higher diploma in any fields.
Time management, meticulous and mature in works
Working hours starts in midnight / wee hours
