Job Responsibilities
This role supports the smooth and effective operations of the Corporate& Strategy Development unit by overseeing administrative, operational andgovernance functions. The role ensures efficient branch management, coordinatescorporate planning activities, monitors resources and budgets, supportsprocurement and contract administration, and drives continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance organisational effectiveness.

Board secretariat support:
Support board and committeesecretariat functions, including coordination of meeting schedules, preparationand collation of meeting materials, minute-taking, tracking of action items andmaintaining proper governance records.

Budget monitoring and governance:
Support expenditure tracking, budgetmonitoring and documentation for office administration, staff welfare andcorporate support activities, ensuring proper records and compliance withinternal processes.

Stakeholder and vendor coordination:
Serve as a key liaison foradministrative and corporate services matters by coordinating with internalteams, external stakeholders, vendors and service providers to ensure timelyfollow-through.

Records management:
Maintain corporate records andsupport knowledge management practices to facilitate information sharing andcross-functional collaboration.

Corporate services operations:
Support the smooth delivery ofcorporate services operations, including office administration, facilitiescoordination, procurement of office-related supplies and services, andworkplace maintenance, to ensure a safe, efficient and conducive work environment.

Administrative and logisticalsupport:
Coordinateadministrative and logistical arrangements for internal meetings, corporateevents, visits and engagement sessions, including venue bookings, refreshments,parking arrangements and support for hosting local and overseas guests.

Process improvement and digitalisation:
Contribute to process improvements, digitalisationinitiatives, special projects and assignments that support organisationaleffectiveness and service excellence.
Job Requirements
- Tertiary Education in any discipline,preferably in business, communications, social sciences, public administrationor a related field
- Strong organisational andcoordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, follow throughon details and work effectively in a fast-paced corporate services environment.
- Good interpersonal, written andverbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage internal teams,external stakeholders, vendors and service providers professionally.
- Proactive, resourceful andservice-oriented, with a positive learning attitude, sound judgement andwillingness to support a broad range of corporate and administrative functions.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;familiarity with Power BI, Copilot or other digital productivity tools would bean advantage.

Tripartite Alliance Limited was incorporated in March 2016 and is jointly established and owned by the tripartite partners — Ministry of Manpower (MOM), the National Trades Unions Congress (NTUC) and the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF).

Established in May 2006, TAFEP promotes the adoption of fair, responsible and progressive employment practices among employers, employees and the general public. *************
3. Workplace Safety Health Council (WSHC)
Established in April 2008, WSHC works closely with MOM, government agencies, various industry sectors, unions, and professional associations to develop strategies and programmes to raise WSH standards in Singapore. *************
