Requirements:

• Fluent Taiwanese Mandarin speaker.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
