Role Description:

As a Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in both clinical excellence and leadership, working closely with our management and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities include:

· Influencing and shaping innovative rehabilitation models using leading-edge equipment and excellent facilities

· Overseeing rehabilitation services and contributing as part of the management team

· Assessing, evaluating, and identifying individualized rehabilitation needs

· Designing and implementing personalized rehabilitation programmes

· Monitoring and evaluating clients’ progress regularly

· Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop Individualised Care Plans from admission to discharge

· Ensuring full compliance with MOH regulations and documentation standards

· Supervising and mentoring physiotherapists, students, therapy aides, caregivers, and volunteers

· Maintaining accurate, evidence-based client records and databases

· Conducting home visits when required

· Communicating professionally and empathetically with clients, families, and colleagues

· Supporting additional duties as assigned by the Rehab Manager or Centre Manager

Qualification :

· Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy

· Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in a community care setting

· Experience and enthusiasm for working with children is highly desirable

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Comfortable with IT and proficient in Microsoft Office

· Strong communication skills, especially with pediatric clients and families
