Head of Coffee & Beverage Program
Small, quality‑driven café. Coffee is the core of the business. You will build and run the entire coffee program end‑to‑end, and oversee the rest of the beverage menu.

Role

• Create and develop the coffee and beverage menu alongside the owner
• Build and curate the full coffee menu
• Select beans and roaster options
• Set up and calibrate machine + grinders properly
• Lead daily coffee operation: dial‑in, service flow, cleanliness
• Maintain espresso and milk consistency across all drinks
• Train staff to deliver consistent high standards throughout the week
• Manage ordering, stock, supplier coordination and COGS for coffee items
• Create and oversee the entire non‑coffee beverage menu

Requirements

• Solid barista experience in Hong Kong and/or western‑style cafés
• Serious coffee skill and technical understanding of equipment
• Adaptable and proactive — able to respond to customers, feedback and data as we grow
• Positive, collaborative, energetic presence on the bar
• Confident running the coffee operation independently
• Good communication and professional attitude
• Able to lead and teach a team

Pay: $22,000.00 - $28,000.00 per month
