JOB DESCRIPTION – CLINIC ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with patient registration, preparation and patient flow.
• Assist doctors and nurses during consultation, treatment and procedures.
• Handle and assist patients throughout their visit.
• Prepare patients and treatment areas before treatment.
• Operate and assist in handling the EECP machine according to clinic procedures and instructions.
• Monitor patients during EECP treatment and report any abnormal condition or discomfort to the nurse or doctor.
• Prepare, clean and maintain the EECP treatment area and equipment.
• Assist in maintaining clinical supplies and treatment rooms.
• Assist with basic clinical and patient care activities as instructed by the medical team.
• Maintain proper patient records and documentation.
• Follow infection control, safety and clinic procedures.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager or Management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in a clinic, hospital or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Willing to learn and handle the EECP machine and clinical procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, caring and able to work well with patients and the clinical team.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
