We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a warm welcome, smooth check-in/check-out processes, and deliver excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness
• Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
