Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and responsible individual to support our wholesale trading operations. The role involves handling a variety of products, coordinating with suppliers and customers, processing orders, preparing documentation, and supporting daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with purchasing, sales, and wholesale distribution activities.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and business partners.
Process purchase orders, sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documents.
Monitor inventory, product availability, deliveries, and order status.
Assist with logistics and delivery coordination.
Maintain accurate records and update relevant databases or systems.
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely follow-up.
Support general administrative and operational tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum secondary education or relevant qualifications in Business, Administration, Sales, or a related field are an advantage.
Previous experience in wholesale, trading, sales, purchasing, logistics, or administration is preferred but not essential.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar software.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
Able to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers.
