Responsibilities
We are looking for motivated and technically skilled Technicians to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, operating, and day-to-day operations.
Role & Responsibilities
Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including ACMV , plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructure.
Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure building systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
Coordination: Work with contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.
Record Keeping: Maintain logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Customer Service: Respond to tenant or management requests for building-related issues.
Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Experience Technician in Building Service without Certificate may apply.
Able to work independently and aspart of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Fresh graduates with a interest or experience technician in Building Services are welcome to apply.
