Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Records Management
Enter and update employee information in HR databases and spreadsheets.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
Verify and organize HR-related data and documents.
Assist in generating HR reports and updating trackers.
Filing & Documentation
Organize, scan, and file employee documents and records.
Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
Ensure HR documents are properly categorized and easily accessible.
Support document archiving and retrieval when required.
Administrative Support
Prepare letters, forms, and HR documents.
Assist with attendance, leave, and staff information updates.
Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and document preparation.
Support general office and HR administrative tasks.
