JOB SUMMARY

• Acquisition of new customers.
• Generate projects / business opportunities to meet the Company's business plans and growth strategies.
• Actively looking for possibilities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Coordinate all aspects of the sales process from initial enquiry to closing of the opportunity as well as post-sales inquiry related to new variation work.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, implementation procedures and activities for the purpose of providing feedback to clients.
• Undertake research to identify opportunities and threats in the market place.
• Ensure all marketing materials, documents and correspondence are update and adhered to the corporate image.
• Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects and maintain relationship with existing customers within the commercial construction industry.
• Attend networking & promotional events and trade exhibitions to promote products & services and gather market intel.
• Generate and submit activity and project follow-up update reports in a timely manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 1-2 years of sales/marketing or working experience will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good networking in building & construction industry will be an added advantage

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
